The linked steamcmd file did not work me as it would not do the initial update. The one linked to from Valve's wiki (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD) at http://media.steampowered.com/installer/steamcmd.zip did work however. --Ciferkey (talk) 21:28, 21 April 2015 (UTC)


Update request

Since the page is apparently edit protected.

In section Setting Up Web Admin, please change 

The default user is: Admin.

to 

The default user is "admin" (case insensitive).

Please append to the bottom of the same section the following: 

Note that the server must be started with a map name as a command line argument, otherwise the web admin interface will show a No AccessControl instance error when you try to log in (ref).

Update request

Endless

Admins can also launch the server into the Endless coop game mode (also a 6 player game mode) by using the following launch script:
