This page details the various kinds of attributes each specimen has, and shows how they are affected by difficulty and the number of players.

Bounty

A specimen's bounty is how much money you receive for killing it. Bounty decreases as the difficulty increases, meaning a much lower income on the hardest difficulties.

Beginner Normal Hard Suicidal Hell on earth
Bounty +100% +0% -15% -35% -35%

If playing a short game, all bounties are increased by 75% to allow players to buy weapons earlier on. Bounty is not affected by the number of players in a game.

Health

A specimen's health is how much damage it can take before dying. Health increases according to difficulty and the number of players alive when the specimen spawns.

Beginner Normal Hard Suicidal Hell on earth
Health -50% +0% +35% +55% +75%

For player count scaling it's a little more complicated since it varies depending on the specimen in question. All of these percentages are applied to the health after it has been modified by the difficulty modifier.

2 3 4 5 6
Clot +0% +0% +0% +0% +0%
Crawler +0% +0% +0% +0% +0%
Stalker +0% +0% +0% +0% +0%
Gorefast +15% +30% +45% +60% +75%
Bloat +25% +50% +75% +100% +125%
Siren +10% +20% +30% +40% +50%
Husk +10% +20% +30% +40% +50%
Scrake +150% +200% +250% +300% +350%
Fleshpound +25% +50% +75% +100% +125%
Patriarch +175% +350% +525% +700% +875%

Specimens' heads also have their own health, termed head health. When this is brought to zero, the specimen may be decapitated and will die after a set amount of time. See headshot mechanics for more information. Head health is scaled similarly the same as the specimen's regular health, although some specimens have different head scaling values for the player count:

2 3 4 5 6
Siren +5% +10% +15% +20% +25%
Husk +5% +10% +15% +20% +25%
Scrake +130% +160% +190% +220% +250%
Fleshpound +130% +160% +190% +220% +250%

Damage

A specimen's damage is how much damage it can deal to players in a single melee hit. Damage increases according to difficulty.

Beginner Normal Hard Suicidal Hell on earth
Damage -66% +0% +25% +50% +75%

If playing alone (solo or online as 1 player), damage is reduced by 75% after performing the above equation.

Sirens have an additional stat, scream damage, which is adjusted in the same way as regular damage.

Speed

Specimens each have their own speed, which is calculated by multiplying the specimen's base speed with a random multiplier to give it a -10%/10% variation, and then the difficulty multiplier is applied.

Beginner Normal Hard Suicidal Hell on earth
Damage -5% +0% +15% +22% +30%

Range

Range determines at what distance a specimen may hit you. A higher range means it can hit you from a further distance.
