Medic grenades are an upgrade to standard grenades, given only to the field medic. When thrown, it creates an area of effect (AOE) heal (for players) and an AEO damage over time (DOT) for zeds.

Strategy

  • As with any explosives, watch out for sirens and their scream which can disintegrate them.
  • As with any explosives, target groups to take full advantage of the poison radius.
