The M4 is a medium-power assault rifle, similar to the AK47. It differs in that it does roughly 80% less damage per shot, has a slightly higher rate of fire, and holds 100 rounds more. It in fact beats the AK47 by a narrow margin in terms of DPS.

Strategy

• Use the scope to full advantage when placing your shots, since it is one of the best in the game.

• Since it has a combination of a good damage, fire rate, and a reasonably high amount of recoil, consider shooting in bursts for maximum accuracy; do not spray and pray if it can be helped.
